So you’ve got a bag in your mind, you can see the colours down to the stitching, even some awesome artwork on the flap; all the things that will make it your bag and nobody else’s. But how to get it?

Well, we know how fun it is to have a unique bag, so we make it as easy as possible to get one.

Once you’ve investigated all the styles and know which one you want and what sort of options are available, and browsed our stock to make sure it’s not already available, you’re probably ready to get under way.

Check out our Colour Charts to see what your choices are for the different parts of the bag. You can even download templates of the bags (you’ll find links to them on the bag detail pages) to colour in yourself (use Photoshop or crayons – it’s up to you!) to help you visualize the finished product. We’ll also do that for you if you don’t want to do it yourself, just ask.

If you feel like you need some inspiration, check out the past custom work we’ve done in our Custom Gallery. Although we prefer not to replicate previous custom graphics (after all, the point is to have something unique!), we’re happy to do variations on a theme.

Next, fill out our Custom Quote Form with all your preferences, including any special requests and files to illustrate your artwork ideas (if you have any – they’re helpful but not necessary as we work freehand rather than digitizing and can work from a description as well). Once you submit the form, give us a day or two to get back to you with a quote and estimated production time (usually it’s about 3-4 weeks, but may vary from 1 week to 6 weeks depending on how busy we are). After you confirm an order you’ll receive a Paypal invoice for payment, which can be made with a Paypal account, or with a credit card or (in some countries) directly from your bank account if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Then all you have to do is sit back and wait while we make you the bag of your dreams.
