- Padded adjustable shoulder straps with sternum strap contour around the body
- One strap separates (you can choose which) for greater ease getting bag on and off with a heavy load
- Extra adjusters at top of shoulders straps help lift a large load
- Standard boot adds durability to the base of the bag
- Reinforced internal structure provides load support and increased durability
- Adjustable straps and buckles hold top closed (Velcro® also available as an option), with extenders
for large loads and to secure items on the outside - Side compression straps do double duty to hold tubes
- Built-in backpad cushions your spine and kidneys, and extends through the bottom of the bag for extra load
support and contents protection - Large outer bellows pocket with buckled flap closure (both TPU-lined; Velcro® available as an option) for frequent access items and/or personal stuff
- Penholders (big enough for fat pens) and zipper pocket inside outer pocket
- Interior flat pouch for envelopes or a small laptop
- Optional 2″ adjustable belt with side pads helps distribute and stabilize your load for more comfort and safety over long days, wraps out of the way around the base of the bag when you don’t need it
- Padded handle on upper back convenient for lifting or hanging backpack
